Este fim de semana, na calma de uma tarde Alentejana, dei comigo a ver uma revista antiga que tinha na capa a seguinte expressão: "Bateu Belmiro na PT, travou Jardim Gonçalves no BCP, impôs a sua colecção de arte na CCB. Agora quer o Benfica...". O título era precisamente o que mesmo do presente post. A revista datava de 21 de Junho de 2007, há quase dois meses atrás.
Vejamos então, volvidos estes dois meses, o desenrolar da situação. Na PT Berardo foi o arauto dos "pequeninos", contra os mauzões dos empreendedores da SONAE, Berardo defendia o Estado, o poder dos instalados, enfim, uma atitude nada compatível com alguém que o público estava habituado a ver noutras lides. Entrava pela porta grande, recebia palmadinhas nas costas dos trabalhadores, enfim, quase um herói nacional, em contraposto com o maléfico clã Azevedo. Volvidos dois meses a PT Multimédia compra as operações de cabo de Berardo, numa operação avaliada em cerca de 65 milhões de euros. Bom ou mau é sempre um negócio...
No BCP, há cerca de dois meses atrás, estava a começar o furacão. Teixeira Pinto, acompanhado de alguns accionistas de referência, começa um processo que iria desaguar na maior crise de sempre no maior banco provado português. Entretanto, volvidos dois meses e após duas assembleias gerais, a crise parece amainar (ou não?), e a única coisa na qual toda a gente parece estar de acordo é numa alegada queixa crime contra o próprio Berardo por difamação, após mais um verborreia verbal que começa a caracterizar a sua acção.
CCB... Bom aqui a questão é diferente. Aqui é mais uma questão de opinião pessoal de cada um. A exposição é polémica, eu já a fui ver uma vez, provavelmente irei outra, mas não me parece que faça da visita ao CCB uma visita semanal, mensal ou mesmo anual. Não faltarão turistas, certo, como disse é uma questão de opção. Eu, como lisboeta, habituei-me a ir regularmente ao CCB, costumava ver qual a exposição no CCB quando queria ir ver qualquer coisa desse género. Agora... bom, agora o CCB ficou quase inutilizado. Só para dar um exemplo, da última vez que houve uma presidência europeia da UE o CCB foi um centro orgulhoso da presidência, agora o estado anda a pagar balúrdios (e quando digo balúrdios são milhares de euros diários), para hospedar a presidência europeia da UE no pavilhão Atlântico. Enfim, opções!
BENFICA! Bom, custa-me falar do Glorioso... O Benfica lançou as suas acções a €5,00. Entretanto ainda houve uma alegada contra-OPA dos chineses, neste intermédio ainda houve muita gente a vender as suas (más)acções e a recuperar algum dinheirito. Volvidos dois meses, a OPA acabou. No entretanto Berardo ainda puxou da sua língua viperina e chamou alguns nomes ao Maestro (que por sinal lhe respondeu a preceito no último jogo da Champions com dois golaços). Ficou apenas com uma promessas de trazer uns jogadores, fazer um banco, etc. etc...
Resultado: Ninguém pára o Berardo??? não é preciso, nem ele se importa, de 1 de Janeiro a 31 de Agosto, Berardo conseguiu ficar conhecido de 2o milhões de portugueses (os tugas e os emigras), fez alguma coisa? não, não queria, só queria e quer publicidade. Berardo põe e dispõe como quer... e no fim... Fuck Them!
